Earlier this month, homegrown make-up company Happy Skin celebrated their second anniversary and the opening of their first boutique. The beautiful people over at Happy Skin invited other beauty connoisseurs such as Iya Villania-Arellano, Liz Uy, Lourd Ramos, Tessa Prieto-Valdes, and many more to visit and test out their products.
